Yes, we’ve all heard how dogs are loyal beings, but how true do you think is it? Dogs being called loyal doesn’t just simply imply them following you and doing your commands – they do more than that.
When you hear people say dogs won’t ever leave you, you best believe that they won’t. There are times when a paw is the only thing that’ll reach out to you. Witness how extensive a dog’s loyalty can go with Lada’s story.
Olga lives in Saratov, Central Russia together with her baby son Vadim and Rottweiler Lada. She decided to take Vadim and Lada out to the park one day and enjoy the beauty outside.
Unexpectedly, Olga’s friends were in the same park. As friends do, they talked and things started going reckless.
They ended up drinking which got Olga really drunk. Apparently, she had too much alcohol and wasn’t thinking straight anymore.
Because of this, she forgot all about her baby and dog. She just said goodbye to everyone, found her way home, and then she passed out.
She completely forgot that she’s a mother and has a baby, also a dog. Her friends were probably also too drunk to notice.
The next morning, Olga woke up and remembered her child and dog. Right after it registered in her brain, she went into panic mode.
She quickly called her parents and was uncontrollably yelling that Vadim was stolen. Her parents quickly arrived and they contacted Olga’s friends to ask about the baby.
Olga’s father had the sudden urge to go back to the park to check the area himself and search for trails or clues that may lead to Vadim. Surprisingly, he found the poor baby nestled in his pram, safe and sound. Beside the pram was Lada who kept the baby company and watched over him.
It’s a good thing that Lada was there, who knows what could have happened to the baby if he was alone. The baby was in a poor condition; he was wet, hungry, cold, and was crying.
On the bright side, he was safe and unharmed, thanks to Lada. Ever since the incident, Vadim has been in the care of his grandma.
